@robertmays come on Mays, free agency has started, draft is over, OTAs have started, 3 big-time pass rushers changed teams (and 1 changed back). but pleeeaaasse talk about last season
@vinivinidogo@mattlindner@Michael1Ryan why are hotels near o'hare not allowed? some teams currently stay by o'hare while playing at Soldier. also the Renaissance Schaumburg is niice
@_Cumbee@Ecnerwal23 JB has said multiple times that he will help with infrastructure. But the Bears still haven't provided a traffic study they've come up with an $850mil infrastructure request with no supporting documentation
@Hoosier34 Bulls/Blackhawks are renovating their property
Fire are building a stadium
Bally's is building their casino
Seems to be more of a Bears issue than an IL issue.
@soxmachine_josh@RealJasonCuevas 5 cities in Cook County that meet that population threshold. (fwiw, AH is huge, stretches from the Jane Adams up to Lake Cook)
@EDuerrwaechter they won't do it for the same reason why they didn't push hard on it earlier. Kevin Warren. his eyes are set on commissioner, so he's more interested in garnering the trust of the other owners, than doing what's best for his current employer
@JohnnyWalsh__ a station this high-profile would not be two platforms the way the California blue line is. I think it'd be way more built out like the Cermak green line, esp since it services a stadium that has 2 winter tenants
@esoj1211@brodyburk@jon_greenberg lol, didn't even consider the UP coming through at 11:30am Sunday morning 😁 accessibility around the AH plot has been overstated and needs serious work. one side blocked by 53, one side blocked by the tracks, only ways over the tracks today are Wilke or Rohlwing
@BillGuilfoil@Chicago_NFL no, a traffic study would be like doing a home inspection before taking out a mortgage. the study would tell you what needs to be done, the risks, costs. they're asking for a billion of public funds for infrastructure but haven't done an infrastructure study??
@DaWheels_1@JColegg1988@Chicago_NFL because they're asking for public funds for infrastructure. they need to present the data to show what infrastructure is needed and how much it'll cost.
@la_profeso that's part of the point. he was always too arrogant and immature to train or anything like that. just like with the plane in season 1, he went into the cockpit and lasered instead of grabbing the terrorist, and it lead to the plane crash
