Matchmaking.
Play on your level. Against opponents your level.

@EagleSm224 @playmobilegg Also can you dm me some more details about this game, when was it played, which server and what is your playmobile username?

[SM @sm_haptiq]

@EagleSm224 @playmobilegg Not sure why you can only report two, I'll look into it and get it fixed.

[SM @sm_haptiq]

@General75614829 Working on that as well

[SM @sm_haptiq]

If you play against smurfs on https://t.co/Sbo62eBycF matchmaking, please report them to me or on the site.

It is absolutely not allowed and players found smurfing will be banned.

@axiszfps @playmobilegg We're trying to make a video explaining how the match engine works. It's a fine balance to find between fair matches and short queue times. I dont think a perfect value exists.

[SM @sm_haptiq]

@axiszfps @playmobilegg To make queue times go faster?

[shift @sh1ftm]

More than 2000 matches have been played on @playmobilegg Matchmaking since Sunday in the 16hrs the queue has been open. Thanks to everyone who's playing and grinding.💚 Love this game and this community, we will keep improving, taking in feedback and helping in any way we can.

[SM @sm_haptiq]

@Zoro_fps1 @playmobilegg Trying our best, we appreciate the feedback so keep it coming!

[SM @sm_haptiq]

@MihawkFPS Send @sh1ftm a dm on discord and he will sort you out. Make sure to link all the playmobile accounts that needs changed

[SM @sm_haptiq]

@MihawkFPS Just you or your whole team?

PlayMobile matchmaking ELO will become more and more precise and reflect your true score points because of the law of large number

Every game's ELO point system is like this, so be a little bit more consistent playing games and you will eventually get your deserved score.
