Well my missus has been on the phone most of the day to virgin to sort out Internet and done all things she has been told to do. to no avail and to top it off they just either put the phone down on you or can't be arsed to even answer the phone. This is all day.

@mollygiles2015 I grew up in Stratford-upon-Avon and left when I was 17. I visit my family regularly that still live there and over the years I have slowly watched the town being ruined by the successive councils allowing all the building of houses etc. It has to stop!!!
