The real story is ownership and management lied and let down Larkin, Edvinsson, Kane, the Players and the Fans. Ownership is fine with the Wings best players leaving. They could sign Edvinsson but they won’t. Free agents? No interest?

But they won’t, Wings offer $5M bridge for 2 years and he says no. As would anyone else.
