@O2 I did this last night, when I spoke to cust serv they advised Disney+ has been added to my account, but I haven't received the authorisation email. When I try to activate as my extra it won't work?

@O2 Hi, I have been trying to sort out a problem activating Disney+ (6 month free offer) with online chat for 2 hours now, still no activation email received. Please can someone help? Disney+ have advised that I need an activation email sent manually?

@O2 It was via Priority, I received it by text message, and then received a 2nd text message last night confirming the offer ends tonight.

@O2 I have also spoken to customer service who told me to contact Disney, who then told me they are aware of the problem, and I need an activation code from O2. The offer ends at midnight so I hope it can be resolved on time?

@TheRustler83 Cuunt sat on my hole here - I was put on furlough, I didnt choose it. Paid taxes my whole life and will do again for a very long time. I hate it but if you want to give me a full time job so I can quit and start working again that would be great!
