Please allow members from the house and Senate to offer amendments for alternative payfors. This way we could restore integrity into my brother. But the bill is not about him, he is dead now. It is about the 59,000 that are still living. They need benefits now. The minority in the Senate will not pass this bill as is. I implore you remove the pay caps + offs the major Richard Star act with department of war/ department of defense offsets. National defense committee has provided on multiple occasions suggested offsets that does not remove jobs from your districts.
You could push this through the house now, but it will be stalled in the Senate or you can fix it and have an opportunity for it to be signed into law.

@maddenifico Home Depot and their veteran discount policies and process was absolutely horrendous. Once it got better. They started restricting its quantities and amount then blocked specific products.
