The fraud comes from the fact that the lenders would have charged and received a higher interest rates on the loans if they had known the real value of his properties. Also, by then declaring lower values for property taxes, the counties were defrauded by collecting lower tax.
All of these sham trials are the result of politically motivated charges ... We have a 2-tier justice system in America.
It is very corrupt, and must be stopped!!
It’s the “People’s Capital”!!
Yours, mine, and all of ours! It’s not the Congressman’s Capital, nor the Officers Capital… It’s “We The People of the United States of America’s Capital”…!
And excessive force by an officer of the law and abusing our the public is also a crime! Did you miss the “Summer of Love” or does this not fit that same “narrative” for some reason as abuse of power by an officer on a citizen?
Here is something that is mind boggling to me.
I ask myself, I say, "Self, how can anyone still support and defend Donald Trump?"
Here's why I ask myself this question.
> after nearly 700 former federal prosecutors argued in an open letter that Trump would have been indicted for obstruction of justice in special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation if he weren't President (at that time)
> after both current and former military leaders have SPOKEN out against Trump
1) Former Defense Secretary James Mattis
2) Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen
3) Retired Navy Adm. James G. Stavridis
4) Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin E. Dempsey
5) Former Marine Corps Commandant Gen. Robert Neller
6) Former U.S. Special Operations Command Gen. Raymond A. Thomas
7) Former U.S. Forces-Afghanistan commander Gen. John Allen
8) Retired Navy Adm. William McRaven
9) Army Chief of Staff Gen. James C. McConville
10) Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mike Gilday
11) Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David Goldfein
12) National Guard Bureau Chief Gen. Joseph Lengyel
13) Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley
> after a few current and former Republican officials have broke ranks with the rest of their party, saying in public and private conversations that they will not support Donald Trump. Some even said they'd rather vote for Joe Biden
> after the REPUBLICAN Senate Intelligence Community Report regarding Russia's election interference and Trump's involvement, saying, and I quote: "The Committee's Report clearly shows that Trump and his Campaign WERE NOT mere bystanders in this attack - they were ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS."
> after several Republican admirals and generals have publicly announced they will NOT SUPPORT Trump. In an interview with The New York Times, William H. McRaven, retired four-star Navy admiral, who directed the raid that killed Osama bin Laden, said, “it’s time for new leadership in this country — Republican, Democrat or independent. President Trump has shown he doesn’t have the qualities necessary to be a good commander in chief.”
> after people that have been lifelong Republicans and once proud of Republican beliefs and platforms, now regret voting for Trump in 2016, and 2020. They have vowed to never again vote or support Trump and are now voting for Joe Biden
> after two Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials have turned their back on Trump and endorsed Joe Biden
1) Miles Taylor, the former chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security in the Trump administration
2) Elizabeth Neumann, another former senior DHS official who served in Trump's administration
They even formed a new group called the Republican Political Alliance for Integrity and Reform (REPAIR), which include people who have worked for Donald Trump but want to elect Biden and reform the Republican Party.
Miles Taylor said in a statement to POLITICO, “The President has demonstrated he’s unfit for office. And those of us who witnessed the chaos of his Administration firsthand from the inside are coming together to ensure that Trump is not re-elected."
> then, in late 2019, several current and former Republicans formed an action committee called The Lincoln Project. The goal of the committee was to prevent the re-election of Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election and defeat his supporters in the United States Senate. The Lincoln Project is STILL fighting Trumpism today.
THE POINT I'M TRYING TO MAKE IS THIS.....
Even after all these different people made up of Republicans, former/current military officials, and former/current Trump administration officials — even after all these people have spoken out against Trump about how he is unfit, unqualified, and unable to run this country with presidential qualities, modesty, and decorum....
How can anyone still support, defend, and vote for Donald Trump?
Meet David Johnson. He is a 48-year-old man from Nashville Tennessee.
On Monday he apparently didn’t like the fact that a man of Honduran descent was running a fruit stand in his neighborhood, so he approached the man and completely destroyed the fruit stand.
The victim, Diego Parada, told Nashville Noticias, “Well like any entrepreneur, I came with my business wanting to work, without hurting or bothering anyone. I stood here and then within the hour this man, who is present in his car, arrived and almost ran me and my friend over. He got out very angry, I have the videos. And like a crazy person began insulting me. He assaulted me both verbally as well as physically and began throwing everything."
Thanks to this video, Johnson has now been charged with vandalism.
Why are people like this? Why do they behave like this when other people are just trying to earn a living?
Given the poor ability to work efficiently by such younger people like MTG, Bobert, McCarthy and other, it would be better if we could test competency and integrity.
@FinanceDropOut I get this. I'm conflicted over the idea of trying to force people out based on age. On one hand they were voted in. On the other hand, we do want our government to work efficiently.
The problem our country faces is that TFG leads a CULT NOT A POLITICAL PARTY. His victim ploy just makes them support him even more. I fear the upcoming uprising of the MAGA MANIACS. Your thoughts 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
How do you see this as an issue of”equal Justice “ and not an issue of no one is above the law. Why was TFG shouting “lock her up” without even an indictment?
McCarthy: This is going to disrupt this nation because it goes to the core of equal justice for all which is not being seen today and we are not going to stand for it.
@matthewjdowd Nearly every discussion ended with me asking:
Who's interpretation of the the Bible? Catholics, Protestants, Baptists, Methodists, Quakers, Deists or one of the hundred of other Christian sects.
He has no answer for clear reasons.
