Just received another interesting email from @Ryanair
stating that I get my refund only if I don't use my voucher after 12 months. Thanks for holding a thousand dollars for me for a year (sarcasm)
@Ryanair Several direct messages and mentions, all without response. Please acknowledge that I don't want to accept the voucher in lieu of the refund. We don't live in Europe and it is not easy to just plan another trip and use the voucher.
@Ryanair Today I received the email that I got a voucher instead of the refund for a cancelled flight and If I don't want to accept I should request my refund again by following the link. On that page however there is no place to do so. Please help!
@castlecapturer@AerLingus Thank you! It's difficult times and everyone just needs to go extra mile and be extra vigilant. They have responded in a very timely manner to my tweet. Which is impressive.
@AerLingus just got a cancellation email with no mention of the refund option (only voucher and change) are the refunds no longer offered for canceled flights?
