@shannonrwatts @ewiz06 I'm also active person, decent diet, high numbers. No statins yet but I get bloodwork redone 3x year and I experiment w/diet variable each time; after 10 years I know that if I drop carbs/starches/alcohol, I move numbers from bad to good. Also: get a cardiac calcium score test.

@bitterwaterblue Did you change out the cabin air filter? Usually easy to do behind the glove box. And get 2 sets. Maybe drive with one new set for a day and then install the 2nd set.

@nkornutick This fencing has been up for a while and certainly squeezes pedestrians and cyclists. Google Maps shows no fencing in Feb 2022 but it's there Feb 2023. So we are looking at least a year and a half of diminished right of way it seems with absolutely no activity on that property.

@MetroNashPlan Is there a sidewalk extension planned along FP Drive (poor condition/narrow) so folks can actually walk to PW Park from the neighborhood? The border fence was removed a while back, but it's now replaced and apparently there's no allowance for a sidewalk? Missed opportunity if so.
