@gamblinglamb @marmobet @BetOnRyaner I just see that as cyclical. Outsource to innovate. In-house to cut costs and differentiate which works for a tech cycle. Then have to outsource again. Maybe AI changes that cycle?

@gamblinglamb Not sure of the timeline for when you consider inplay starting to actually being dominant. I remember pitching to a lot of angry traders though.

@gamblinglamb Not at all. The dynamics of the betting companies are still the same. The product focus is changing though.

@gamblinglamb Inplay changed betting entirely because it changed betting companies and the way they think. The teams of odds compilers were replaced by algos. The product teams suddenly became an important voice in the room for the first time which led to loads of other innovation
