Instead of being a generic “AI PDF extraction” tool, I’m rebuilding it for bookkeepers and accountants.

The workflow:

Client invoices/receipts
→ bulk upload
→ AI extracts the data
→ user reviews issues
→ export to Excel/CSV

The biggest lesson:
Accounting users don’t just need extraction.
They need control, review, validation, and clean exports.
