#suntrustbank if possible, their service, or rather lack of gets worse, agent takes my call after 50 minute wait, determines they need to transfer to the dispute dept, puts me back on hold for 20 minutes, then disconnects me

#suntrustbank What poor customer support. Trying to dispute a credit card charge on one of their cards....25++ minute wait on the phone. Terrible customer service....but the message keeps repeating that "my call is important to them"....sure doesn't seem that way
