I found it so utterly boring that I couldn't get past the 40% point on Kindle.

On par with that crap book " Psychology of Money" as the 2 worst books hv read in recent years.

@Airtel_Presence is so inefficient. In spite of keeping my father wait for 50 mins to activate international roaming, they said there is a technical glitch and to reach out after 4 hours. Other service providers do it in 5 mins.

And before that the wait time showed 2:30mins and the executive joined after 5mins.
