@TrueAmPatriot86 @davepl1968 yes I don't literally mean sandwiched together, there would have to be significantly larger gaps than air cooled radiators on earth but the point is you don't need one giant sheet for cooling to happen. It can be more space efficient (pardon the pun)

The point of these exercises is not to be strenuous, it is to focus on the body and relax.

Also avoid any electronics 2 hours before bed, they can be too stimulating
