looking for someone who is hearing impaired to answer a couple short questions about subtitling in film; I have some questions about how to indicate a story-important audio effect in subtitles that I'd love to get an opinion on. dms are open, will give a credit in return!

@Lowes I dm'd you. I have called four different numbers upward of 12 times today and have not gotten through to anyone on your customer service line, your delivery line, your PRO line or the store line itself. This is unacceptable.

[smarsh | 🏴‍☠️ 🧜‍♂️ @smarshtastic]

hey @Lowes i've tried calling several different numbers but nobody is picking up. i need a COI for my fridge delivery tomorrow and nobody appears to be able to help me!
