I’ll be 31 years old by December and I can tell you for a fact that when I was 25 years old I still haven’t figured out my life yet.
Why am I saying this?
Simply because I see most of you guys between the ages of 19 - 24 years old stressing and giving yourself unnecessary targets and deadlines to achieve your goals.
By doing this every challenge or obstacle you come across will look impossible to overcome because all you would be thinking is “I need to solve this before so so day so I can be on track”
Unnecessary worries and sleepless nights would start affecting your health thereby doubling your challenges along the way.
You cannot put the cart before the horse and expect the Carriage to move… No.
Give yourself room to fail and learn and grow in knowledge and experience.
Know when to Rest, know when to play and know when to be serious just as the Bible says, there’s time for everything.
Imagine a 26 year old having a cardiac arrest because of lack of sleep or a 24 years old in the hospital because of stress and that’s not normal.
I know you maybe thinking there are others wayy younger that achieved their goals early but I will tell you one thing for sure, focus on your own timeline and your own process.
Your Time and their time are not the same, pursue your goals one day at a time with no deadlines if not you’re just inviting Depression into your life which may likely lead to suicide if not properly managed.
Remember who bought the Latest car today is the one who bought an old model. 🤷🏽♂️
Enjoy the process and Enjoy your youth… At the right time things will fall in place for you as far as you’re doing the right thing.
Don’t allow “I bought my first house at 19” give you sleepless nights, everything is never as it is portrayed to be.
Remember Social media is not real life!
I’m my greatest opponent.
No competition. No comparison.
Just a constant mission to become sharper, stronger, wiser, and more disciplined than I was yesterday.
