📹 Jeremy Clarkson says The Grand Tour “saved the best for last” - ZIMBABWE. The hit Amazon Prime show has recorded its final episode, released on September 13. It sees Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond drive across Zimbabwe as they reminisce on their 22-year TV career
Alex Hormozi Business Advice. Masterclass (My interpretation).
1. Start by selling to the rich. Selling a $10 product to a person who earns $100 means that’s 10% of their salary, but only 1% of someone earning $1,000. The $100 earner will be more problematic as it’s worth more to them than to the $1,000 earner.
2. Only hire people who increase the competency of your team. Hiring someone with 10 years of experience is cheap as they accelerate you 10 years in an instant. It's better to hire one A player than five B players.
3. If you want to get bigger, get better. Better is growth. Bigger is bloat.
4. Missionaries will always outlast and win over mercenaries. When you enter a market, make sure you are remarkably better and significantly better than the existing solutions. The best people cost more but make more than they take.
5. Sometimes let fires burn. Focused work without distraction will lead to superior outcomes. Don’t be busy doing everything and getting nothing done. Don’t allow everything to be urgent. Nothing important should be urgent. Spend the first four to six hours a day on the most important things, uninterrupted. Don’t work all day and get nothing done. Be okay with saying “NO.”
6. Brands take a long time to build but are the most important investment for a business.
7. Know the input and output of your money at a granular level.
8. Stop looking for hacks. Mini trends and shortcuts will end up costing you money. Stick to fundamentals. People don’t want more. They want better.
9. The big issues is actually the problem not the 100s of other excuses. The magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding. It’s not the website. It’s not the SEO, it’s not the capital , if your food sucks or your service sucks then that’s the problem. How good is that you have to sell? Mediocrity is the main killer of business.
10. Advertising isn’t a luxury. It’s imperative. If you spend $100 to make $110 profit, spend $1000.
Thank you @AlexHormozi 🔥🫡

As Zimbabweans, we turn to hide good things from each other, so here is a good piece of advice about South African banks which everyone who reads this tweet must RETWEET if we care about each other.
ANY ZIMBABWEAN can buy a house and get a mortgage in South Africa without a permit or residence as long as you have 50% deposit and you have bank statements from any country showing your monthly salary or regular income.
That is a piece of good advice, now RETWEET it if you care about others knowing about it too!
Normalise sharing opportunities!
Your ads sucks…
Ever wondered why brands like True Classic are able to sell simple T-shirts for hundreds of millions of dollars ?
… because their ads don’t suck
Here’s a dummy-proof way to make your ads go from “meeeh” to “Wow, I really need this product”
This is a new book by Magatte Wade @magattew called The Heart of a Cheetah; How We Have Been Lied To About African Poverty.
It was released yesterday.
We always encourage Africans to write and document their stories, but how many of us support them?
I am now challenging all of us to show the world that we support each other by simply RETWEETING this post so that many people both in Africa and abroad can see the Amazon link and buy the book.
Are Africans jealousy of each other, NOT always.
Let us support the sister, a RETWEET doesn’t cost you a penny, but it will help give more visibility to the book.
