If you like what we do on #Cardano, please consider supporting our #ProjectCatalyst

If a new project came to Cardano and called themself "MinTrade", they would be rightfully called out for that behaviour.
Using another projects name in yours is dishonest and anti-consumer. This strategy seeks to establish a false relationship, a false endorsement, and undermine the ability of consumers to make informed choices.
"Indytane" is a name that appears chosen to:
- Create customer confusion
- Erode the brand signals of Butane & Indigo
- Interfere with fair competition
This is done while using both protocols names, brands and logos without permission, in their marketing material, in the lead up to an initial token sale.
I publicly urge Brandon Chukwuka, also known as Zartsnarf, to cease this unethical behaviour in the marketing of his projects.
@JTelpner Please consider sharing the engagement letter. It is important to know what limitation, if any, is placed on this engagement. No all “audit” are the same. But this is a good first step 👍
@masatoalexander @zhekree @jpgardner I think people need to understand an “audit” is not as simple as it sounds. The first thing to consider is the audit firm. Is it independent? Who does it report to? What policies and procedures does it follow? Who regulates them. This is why no big 4 want to audit crypto firms
