@AmericanAir @ih8American here’s the reply. To be clear it wasn’t a bag, it is a vintage mustang bass. Very fragile and sentimentally valuable as well! Musicians/customers/human beings deserve respect. We will continue to pursue this issue as far as is necessary to get that respect.

@AmericanAir trying to board our flight from Austin to LGA we just got yelled at and pulled off our flight because we wanted to bring a fragile vintage instrument onto the flight rather than gate check. They made my wife cry. Is this how you treat your customers? Unreal
