Why is there no bill provided by the IRCTC canteen for any valid purchase from their authorised vendors. Their price doesn't match with the IRCTC website price list. Can someone take action on this to stop this loot.

The train (12864) has to arrive at Howrah at 7:55pm,it is running late and as per expected arrival time,i may miss 12351 train. From howrah to Barh, I have booked in train 12351 which is at 8:35pm at howrah @IRCTCofficial
