@brianlilley Aren’t there only 10 international medical students in Ontario ??? So a net new total of 10 spots for Ontario students due to this restriction on international students.
@Garnet_2203@Lisab09231@CPC_HQ@PierrePoilievre I’m pretty sure it’s 66% of income over $250000 is taxable (the maximum rate it is taxed is around 27%, based on amount), not that there is a 66% tax. Which makes it even less dramatic than what Pierre is saying.
@Quea_Ali@jamiljivani@PierrePoilievre Note the first two definitions. That is more in line with what was said. And anything involving PP certainly qualifies as a theatrical show.
@PierrePoilievre It also means this-
twofer
NOUN informal
1. a card or ticket entitling the holder to purchase two tickets to a theatrical performance at a reduced price
2. a coupon or offer entitling a person to purchase two items or services for approximately the price of one
@PierrePoilievre How do you ‘attack’ free speech when Canada has freedom of expression. (Also, regulatory colleges are PROVINCIAL, so talk to your buddy Doug)
@ctvottawa I find this article a bit lacking. WHY is the age and marital status relevant? Is it a generic rule to protect our OAS and CPP funds from non-Canadians who have less contribution time? Or is there another reason for the rule? Also, does she have rights to appeal?
Watch this. Re-tweet it. Tell your friends in Alberta to do the same. And that miserable piece of shit Danielle Smith. And remember, #NeverVoteConservative Oh, and while I’m here, and even though he opposes Smith’s plan, #NobodyLikesPierrePoilievre
@MelissaLantsman How are people vetted exactly? Prior to this incident he likely wouldn’t show up in a google search or regular criminal search? What exact changes to this process should be made?
@brianlilley@MarkGerretsen I’m curious as to how deep this vetting is and how easy it would have been to find this information on a 98 year old? Was it well known prior to this incident ? How should guests be vetted in the future?
