🏠 Habitat Green Freedom Unveils First Nicor Gas Smart Neighborhood Show Home!

✂️ On Wednesday, Mayor John Laesch joined Nicor Gas executives and elected officials for a ribbon cutting ceremony, celebrating the unveiling of the new Habitat Green Freedom show home!

🌟 The Habitat Green Freedom SMART Community will feature 17 homes, ranging from 1,500 to 1,700 square feet. Each home will include solar panels, tankless water heaters, and gas heat pumps. The neighborhood will be the first net-zero, carbon-neutral subdivision in the country!
