Really pathetic experience with @AxisBank Flipkart CC. First they started reducing my card limits without any intimation, then they started charging for the anual fees. Now when I called them to close my card they’re asking me to pay for the card fees for next year. @RBI

Hey @GetOneCardIN there is no way I can access my Onecard details and bills from web and I lost my mobile for a while and I got charged around ₹1000 suddenly because apparently you’re not reliable on Cred either. This happened to me for second time.

I have been having one after another terrible customer experiences with @reliancejio lately. My Jio Fiber has been out of service since past 4 days and there has been no concrete resolution I received even after escalating the issue to the top. @JioCare

I have one of the worst customer experience with @reliancejio all IVR loops, chat gives you same template answer and there is not literally a real human I can talk to. Also, they didn’t give any answer when my mom visited the office.
