@rabitatinc we are not happy with your services and support system. We ordered one customized bottle from Rabitat for our niece birthday and we were expected to get it in 1-2 days, but now it's more than 15 days but we did not get. We are not getting help from customer service.

I am not getting help from amazon. I ordered air purifier and its not in proper condition. There is a replacement policy on the product and when I am trying the same, its coming like "replacement is not available". "call me" button disable.

My wife is struggling for unlocking her Aadhaar from 4-5 weeks. She is sending SMS "RVID xxxx" at 1947 and every time getting response "Technical Exception". Raised grievance, but no resolution.

Unhappy with the payment. I am app it was showing x amount but auto driver asked for x+100. He is saying, in my app it is showing only x+100, so i want that much money only. He said i only get x amount, rest will go to ola.
