25 people were killed in #Artsakh / #Karabakh since #Azerbaijan today started a military offensive against the Armenian population. This is only the number of bodies in Stepanakert morgue. There are many cities and villages near frontline without any connection. So the number of casualties will be much higher.

And because of 9 months of blockade of Artsakh there are no medicines and other supplies which is making the situation with hundreds of wounded much worse.

The US Department and the European Union should openly acknowledge the situation in #Karabakh as "#Azerbaijan's perpetration of ethnic cleansing" without resorting to carefully selected words that create the impression of a two-sided conflict.
