@JeremyChelot@Rob_C_Allen@youfibre_____x@youfibre Thank you for the offer but I can’t have my mum being messed around any longer. This has been going on since May 23rd and it’s still not sorted. I’ve also found a cheaper option for her elsewhere as obviously her financial situation is much different now
@Rob_C_Allen@youfibre_____x@youfibre Unfortunately my dad passed away, so my mum has tried to change the account into her name- what a joke! Have increased her bill (no idea why!?) and they still can’t get her account set up properly. Faffing with a bloody internet provider at this time is disgusting!
Recently, out of the blue I got a call from @DKMS_uk - the charity that helps people with blood cancer. I'd forgotten that 5yrs ago I did a cheek swab... but the call was to say I was a possible match for someone in urgent need of stem cell or bone marrow transplant.
It's a chance to help someone survive who wouldn't otherwise. Unfortunately, having just been through the next stage, I've been ruled out of donating.
So to turn that into a positive, I wanted to suggest if you fancy registering to be a donor, if age 18 - 55 you can do it here... https://t.co/WOEAyPoQqu - and hopefully one of you may be the match that actually saves a life.
@rachyroses_84 @skytv@virginmedia@skytv are shocking! It’s a bloody headache just to get them to answer the phone never mind getting passed from department to department- been trying to sort it for a month already 😬

Me as a 32 year old: “Bloody love M&S. Their food hall is great, their cafe coffee is delicious and I really like their new summer dress range…” 🤣👍🏼
So Pret baristas will now be earning up to £14.10 an hour.
New NHS doctors - after their 5-year medical degree, whopping £80,000 of student debt, & life & death responsibilities - get paid £14.13 an hour.
And the government wonders why they're striking?
