Dear @WfundedHQ @iamdapo I am unable to send you email so I might as well address this here.

I started trading my account on 28th January 2026. I followed every rule to the letter and was due payment end of February since your rule says, first payout is awarded 30days after first trade is placed. Nice one!

4 days to payout, a pop up appeared on your platform. (Important notice: Action Required) I screenshotted it because it seemed shady. It's attached here.

On Monday, March 2nd, I received an email (New Traders Platform Account is Ready) I logged in with the credentials sent wondering why no MT5 anylonger. No message of change just a welcome to new platform message. When I bought my account I chose MT5 because that is what I am conversant with. No problem.

On the 4th of March I called your client on a number sent through email and enquired of
1. Why payout is now saying I should wait another 30days
2. If It was okay that I tried out the new platform with a 0.02 trade.

I was given a go ahead and I tried another 0.02 trade which you have sited now as the breach because there was no SL. I searched for how to place SL after placing this trade and when I didn't see where like the day before, I closed that trade at -0.36. If someone should assume the delay in payout and the added waiting period is just to get clients to messup and be denied, It may not be far fetched from the truth.
