Dear @nikitabier, @elonmusk, and @Support,

WHAT MAKES TURBO TOAD TOKEN DIFFERENT

$TURBO has no traditional marketing machine or large, centrally controlled marketing budget.

The community is the marketing.

Artists, meme creators, video editors, developers, organizers, and everyday users from around the world exchange ideas, create original content, and organize challenges and events.

Turbo’s visibility comes from people contributing their time, creativity, and conviction—not from purchased participation. This ability to turn unity into impact is what makes the community special.

WHAT WE ARE SEEING

More community members are reporting suspensions, reduced reach, search limitations, and unresolved appeals. Many say their accounts are human-operated and focused on original creative work—not automation.

I cannot access X’s internal data, verify every case, or claim that every restriction was wrong. Nor am I alleging that X intentionally targets the Turbo community or favors larger accounts.

But the pattern perceived by many community members deserves review.

Community members report seeing accounts repeatedly posting phrases such as “GM,” “to the moon,” or “the next 1000x gem.”

They also see accounts adding $TURBO and other cashtags to large numbers of unrelated posts, apparently to attract attention.

These accounts often appear to remain active, while smaller creator accounts appear to face restrictions. There may be explanations we cannot see—which is precisely why greater clarity is needed.

WHERE IS THE LINE?

Combating bots, artificial engagement, and feature misuse is essential. Authentic communities benefit from it.

However, X’s own rules distinguish artificial amplification from genuine users coordinating authentically around a shared idea or cause.

We respectfully ask X to:

• Conduct a human review of a representative group of affected Turbo accounts.

• Examine whether smaller, closely connected communities may be mistakenly classified as coordinated inauthentic activity.

• Clearly explain where X draws the line regarding community challenges, recurring themes, cashtags, mentions, memes, and authentic coordinated participation.

• Give restricted users understandable reasons and ensure that appeals receive meaningful review.

• Apply the same standards consistently to small and large accounts, including those using unrelated cashtags or repetitive promotional content.

We are not asking for special treatment. If policies were violated, explain what happened so people can adapt. If genuine users were misclassified, please help restore their accounts.

WHAT IS X WITHOUT COMMUNITIES?

What is X worth as a digital public square if authentic communities can no longer stand together—creative, determined, and united—without being mistaken for manipulation?

Systems designed to stop bots should not silence the human beings they are intended to protect.

DOCUMENT THE CASES

Turbo community:

If you or another member currently has a suspended or restricted account, name or tag that account once in the replies. Briefly state the type of restriction, when it began, and the status of any appeal.

Use your own words, obtain permission before naming someone else, and avoid duplicate replies, mass-tagging, insults, or personal attacks.

Let us create a factual record for review—not a spam campaign.
