@stoolpresidente Pick your second team and cheer them on. As long as they are not playing the U.S. you have a team.

Looking for help @Uber_Support for my (senior) mom. She has the app yet has never used it but it’s locked when we try to login. I want her to use Uber and for me to order her rides. I’ve tried using the chat and no one responds.

@AmericanAir Our family includes Gold and Platinum AA members. Is there another credit card not
Managed by Citi where we can get AA incentives?

[Caroline @SmartyPantsMama]

Sometimes it’s the little things. Today I realized why my #amexplatinum is worth the fee. Already 30 minutes into a call with my @AmericanAir #citicard and now I can’t use it to book an AA flight today bc of an error on their side. This is ridiculous.

Part 4 of @Walmart fail - I got thru with help they told me to cancel the order & they wld give me a $10 credit. Frustrated I did it because I need the milk tonight. Then the new shopper tells me they’re out of milk. This was the entire reason why I placed the order this morning.

[Caroline @SmartyPantsMama]

Part 3 -at 5:18 I learned that the order will be delivered by 5:43. Then at 5:24, that is before 543, I get a note that the order won’t be delivered - no reason. I tried everything to contact the shopper & the store through the app. #walmartfail

[Caroline @SmartyPantsMama]

Part 2 -come from & it’s been a fail after fail. I placed an order this AM to be delivered between 5- 7 PM. I went about my day did my things knowing in the back of my mind that my kids milk and some other items would get delivered here at the house this evening. #walmartfail

[Caroline @SmartyPantsMama]

I have raved about the @Walmart delivery to everyone. How efficient they are and the prices are unbeatable. But something has changed these last few days, at least from the store where my orders (part 1)

Curious to what the mileage needs to be to offer even a light snack on an @AmericanAir flight. Flew on AA1232 (SLC-MIA) and was lucky to get a up of water before takeoff.

@BraddrofliT As a woman, I take total offense on ur insinuation that woman aren’t capable of following directions. married for 20+ years & know exactly what to do when I need to prove that I am who I say I am. Have a little bit more faith in women. We all had to do it for the real ID.

@sujays1984 @EliLillyandCo @EliLilly That’s what happened to me. I submitted two online forms to notify how I had pens malfunction. I waited and waited a few weeks and got no response. I went online and filled out the form again. Today I finally called and it took an hour and 30 minutes and I’m still frustrated.
