🫀 Rare Case Report:
A 59-year-old man developed persistent, idiopathic chest pain after Watchman device placement, unrelieved by colchicine or steroids.
Pain resolved only after device removal. When all else fails, consider the hardware.
Thrilled to share that our study, “Assessment of Health-Related Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Liver Disease in a Tertiary Care Hospital: A Cross-Sectional Study” has been published in Health Science Reports - Wiley Online Library.
Happy to share that my narrative review on Hughes-Stovin Syndrome has been published in Health Science Reports @WileyGlobal & @wileyinresearch .
Hughes-Stovin Syndrome is a rare and fascinating condition that combines multiple pulmonary artery aneurysms with thrombophlebitis.
Key Findings:
- CLD significantly impairs Health-Related Quality of Life.
- Gender, disease duration, fatigue & psychological symptoms are major factors
- Highlights the need for multidisciplinary interventions to improve outcomes.

❓ Can a simple oxygen chamber change the future of brain injury care?
In our new paper, we reviewed the evidence on Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) for traumatic brain injury. Results show notable improvements in cognitive function.
We report a rare case of cholestatic hepatitis in a healthy adult caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae. Patient had jaundice after a respiratory infection, improved with azithromycin, and liver function normalized in 1 month.
🩺 Important reminder: Mycoplasma can affect the liver too
Excited to share that our abstract has been published in Circulation (IF=37).
Grateful to my incredible co-authors and mentors for their collaboration and support in this project.
