@CityTshwane and Mayor @nasiphim my electricity has been switched off since Thursday, 4 June 2026. No letter of demand or anything was sent to us. When we phone the call centre we’re told that we paid late. When we asked what does late mean no one is able to answer.

We received the statement on 2 June 2026 and it was settled on 4 June 2026 which is the day we were switched off. We received 3 reference numbers between Thursday and Friday. Last night we were given a 0122582429 to call where we were told that a person was allocated already
