Garlic sprouts have a beautiful green color and can be stored in the refrigerator for a relatively long time. They are one of my favorite ingredients and I always keep them in the vegetable compartment. They have a nice texture, are rich in dietary fiber, and their vibrant color enhances other ingredients. Adding chopped garlic and garlic sprouts to a stir-fry base provides a double effect! The power of garlic is a source of energy! It's one of my favorite ingredients.

A neighbor gave me some White Roppen garlic! White Roppen is famous as a high-quality garlic from Aomori Prefecture. It's such a great ingredient, so I used it with locally grown garlic sprouts and chicken to make a stir-fry with lots of garlic cloves.🧄🧄🧄🧄🧄

I always create my meals based on what I want to eat! I arrange the ingredients I have in the refrigerator... Today, I cooked chicken thighs that I got on sale for about 30 minutes over low heat with kombu, hondashi, and ago dashi.
I cooked napa cabbage and, this time, shrimp shinjo (fish cakes made from shrimp paste) in an earthenware pot. I adjusted the flavor with chicken stock to make a light, salty chicken soup hot pot! I also added some homemade dumplings that I had frozen, boiled in a separate pot. An original chicken soup hot pot with shrimp shinjo and dumplings. The dipping sauce was kombu ponzu + sliced green onions + shichimi - it was so delicious! (^.^)/ To finish... I added ramen noodles that I boiled al dente in a crispy hot pot! It was a blissful dinner! Cheers tonight with Chilean red wine
