@SBA_Matthias How should one think about refinancing the fixed rate loan? I had a conversation with a national bank last week which offered a fixed rate but acknowledged that it can be easily refinanced if rates drop. Thus, in your scenario, I would be inclined to select fixed. Thoughts?

@sbabmarks Great thread Bruce. Is there language you suggest a buyer inserts in the LOI to ensure alignment on how Working Capital is factored into the purchase price -- especially when the AR>>AP (no inventory).
