@mercari_app Look at what I got back from a customer! I am missing 80% of what I sent yet your customer service team says they cannot help me! The same team that promised they would help me if something was wrong when I got the item back.

Don’t sell on @mercari_app I have been a seller since 2020 and recently had a buyer steal product from me. #mercari is refusing to help me. I keep asking to speak to a supervisor and they are ignoring my claim and just saying they cannot help me.
