A short incremental game about sacrificing all your cult followers and collecting blood to awaken the devil

@2_left_thumbs@sofamiredev But doesn't this also mean if there is another game with let's say 6000 wishlists and is of the similar genre, then it will be less visible due to this game taking up the spot, unlike popular upcoming where both would have shown up?
Always appreciate devs sharing stats regarding their game, its been a month since release of my first game, gonna do that myself : )
Happy with how my game did and wanna thank everyone who checked out my game ๐
Gonna be a thread, feel free to ask me about anything ๐งต
@davidmcromp It is priced at $2.99, you can't calculate total revenue based on units sold since different countries have different pricing and also people who got the game through bundles will get little bit of a discount
@KelvinAnim33908 I did localization for Chinese and Russian since after English those have the highest percentage of players. Decided to also do Japanese since Japan has very low percentage of people who can understand english
Here is a graph of the daily revenue and units sold. The spikes you see are from youtubers playing it (IdleCub, DangerouslyFunny, couldn't find who is the third one)
This is the most annoying thing about this entire debate, that such games have existed for a long time now enjoyed by many and the only reason this is getting hate is cause it went mainstream
@TonyMunozDev If your goal ain't to make high graphic games then there are no pros to using Unreal. You'll just be using something very heavy weight and with unnecessary complexity compared to Unity or Godot
@Castitatis_ My expectations were higher before next fest, but after seeing the next fest performance my expectations had dipped. So it definitely did better than that. My minimum goal is 16k net within 2 months which I think is doable
My first indie game just hit 50 reviews with Very Positive ๐
Thought I'll share some stats gathered over the past 4 days after release #gamedev
Units Sold:
Day 1 - 1024
