@alexhornbyrail@northernassist Another week another inadequate train. Where are these improvements you keep talking about? As far as I can see the service is actually getting worse. 17:57 Middlesbrough to Newcastle and you’ve sent a two carriage 156. The 17:40 was cancelled too

@alexhornbyrail@northernassist@GC_Rail I'm telling you as a customer using your services regularly that 2 carriages are very often completely inadequate. You made the comment that most trains in the NE are 2 car - are you therefore distinguishing the NE from other areas you serve where most are longer than 2 car?

@alexhornbyrail@northernassist@GC_Rail Hi Alex, why are your NE customers offered a poorer service than customers elsewhere on your network? I understand investment is needed and would be a good thing but why are other areas better served by the same organisation with longer trains and more frequent services?
@northernassist@alexhornbyrail@GC_Rail Where are all your four carriage trains? I’ve not seen any today at all. Every train has been two carriages only.
