@Hermesparcels how come I can't speak to an actual human being to sort put picking up my parcel - which I paid next day delivery for and was supposed to be delivered on Saturday - but your delivery drivers can't seem to figure out how to ring a doorbell??

@Hermesparcels I wasted my weekend and my Monday sitting in my home waiting, for nothing. Not only have I wasted my money, but I have wasted my time. My intercom has not buzzed and I have been home. I want to pick up my parcel tomorrow as I am more competent than your drivers.

The 3yo dictated that I wasn't allowed one at all yesterday afternoon, she kicked over a fresh cup this a.m, I've ran out of fancy filtered coffee and I've just spilled instant al awa me kitchen. Fuming.
