@ubereats_uk received food delivery 26/06/26. The items not in satisfactory condition (food cold and drinks spilt). Photos were sent as proof. No refund issued. So my consumer rights have been affected. I will be seeking further information about taking this to trading standards
@Uber_Support You weren't willing to assist me when I raised these issues. So I have taken it further as this isnt the first time this has happened. Sceptical that anything will be done. Shane that even after sending photos and screen shots of the couriers dm, after social post u want 2 help!

I went into store to find out what was happening and all I got from the manager was, we've cancelled all deliveries and customer service should of informed you. We've not even picked the order. Even though it states online it was.
@IcelandFoods Absolutely shocking customer service. Online order placed for between 10-12. Yet no correspondence about my order. Tried the help line and local store phone numbers and both are busy. States online that it's packed. Will be making a complaint.
