After not caring to get the ‘blue check’ for years, I finally upgraded last week just so I could direct message someone that claimed they have a shopping center in Atlanta for sale. Not only did they not respond, now my spam calls have gone from one or two per day to 10 AND I am now being followed by a ton of bots, fraudulent accounts pretending to be accounts that I know, and a lot of young women followers that are probably a dude in a basement. Thanks a lot #X

@AvivaRealEstate I know guys that make seven figures and if you look at their transactions in costar you’d think they make 250. Not saying that’s the case here but a lot of deals dont get recorded in costar. And some that do don’t capture the brokers.
