Finally had a venue pay today...7 1/2 months after providing a show for them.

Simple rule of thumb:
👏pay👏your👏freelancers👏and👏entertainers👏for👏their👏work👏on👏time👏

Now that's done, next is to get the venue who hasn't paid in June to do the same 🙃 #selfemployedlife

It's the first of the Moonstone auditions days today, and using half the lunch break to hang up a costume wash consisting of a tennis outfit, 2 flapper dresses, 3 waistcoats and a medieval maiden outfit. The murder mystery game is a weird one at times 🙃

Toying with putting on another immersive residency in London this year, #immersivetheatre people does anyone have any unique venue suggestions that don't cost the earth to hire?
Capacity of 40-60 (could go bigger), ideally not too far away from a tube or train station!

Personal favourite was someone wishing a piano would fall on us 😂

For the first time in about 10 years on a spontaneous theatre trip, I saw @TheShowstoppers again tonight and by god I forgot how much of a powerhouse they all are. Masterclass in long-form improv, musical improv and just incredibly funny. If you haven't seen them, go, go, go!!
