Tried Imoto Ramen in Utrecht today. I went for the rich, flavourful tonkotsu broth with Cha Siu Ramen: BBQ pork, egg, seaweed, vegetables, and scallions.

Food tour with @lindasfoodstories in Utrecht: bánh mì at Mr Dam, Bột Chiên and noodles at Xin Chào, onigiri at Onigiri Shokudo, and a final feast at Silk Road. Delicious food, shopping, and the perfect BFF day.

In Rouen, I tried soy sauce char siu ramen. The noodles lacked texture and the broth was only warm, but the char siu pleasantly surprised me. The egg was too hard for my taste. Overall, it was decent.

Exploring Delft’s sights led us to Tonkotsu Ramen Nikkou for lunch. I ordered the Mayu Tonkotsu Ajitama ramen, and it was delicious.
