@virginmedia Internet also down in DY4 have followed all instructions but still not working and still not showing any issues from your end, even though there seem to be loads of people with the same problem.

@virginmedia Wifi down again ...... no help from customer services, problem in local area..... again??? Not so sure not mentioned anywhere else. 6 weeks now with issues. 1 box working 1 box not working, no WiFi & no help but expectation to keep on paying.
