This bank displays the worst of services. Most of the staff remains busy in ‘meetings’ even as its customers suffer. This is an advisory at large not to deal with this bank. If you are are hungry now; the bank promises to get back to act in 4 days. Pathetic.

CRM is a nuisance and they never mean to help customers. We are confused what to do. Our last is to visit the branch close accounts bidding good bye. We appeal to people at large to stay away from IDFC First bank and be peaceful.

We are senior citizens, me and my wife have accounts and FDs in Delhi branch but dealing with Sohna Road branch as we shifted to Gurgaon. Its headache as the branch is uncontainable as if working in isolation. No one is answerable. CRM is a joke.
