The Patriots had rookie RB Hassan Hall in for a free-agent workout.

The 5-foot-10, 196-pound Hall, who played in college at Louisville and Georgia Tech, has spent time with the Browns, Cardinals and Giants after going undrafted.

The Patriots had free-agent DTs Carl Davis and Daviyon Nixon in for tryouts.

The team is familiar with Davis from having him on the roster from 2020-2022 (and 2023 training camp).

Nixon entered the NFL as a fifth-round pick of the Panthers in 2021 out of Iowa.
