@svpino Story points are a tool to TALK about the effort. If one person estimates 2 story points and another one estimates 13, maybe one person forgot about something or knew about some hidden complexity?

@svpino In one team I work we estimate with story points. When the backlog is estimated, one developer grabs the screen and decides together with the others how much they plan to work on during the next two week. No conversion table. The management doesn’t care about the estimates.
