@MollieKnowsBest I’m here with you, Mollie. It’s been painful, but that didn’t stop me from adding more shares. I’m here with 40K shares and planning to add more today. @nejatian we trust
@SteingraberJon@maelan_sdmr@TheLongApe You also on purpose hid the Cash Now, More Later option (which is the recommended option for this house and whose fees are very very low) and also didn’t share that the odds of delisting for this address (which are through the roof.)
If you are an Opendoor shareholder, I have an ask.
Proxy advisors at ISS and Glass Lewis have recommended shareholders to vote against me at our Annual Meeting. I don’t take this personally. This is the fifth time in my career these same people have told people to vote against my team.
These proxy advisors have built no companies and are not meaningful shareholders of OPEN. They're a checkbox industry charging fees to tell other people what to do with shares that aren't theirs.
Usually most companies can’t do anything about this since many institutional shareholders will just vote the way ISS tells them to.
But Opendoor has the Open Army! It is important that we stand up against this separation of management from shareholders.
If you are so inclined, help tilt the world in favor of shareholders and away from bureaucrats.
Find out how (ask your broker, check your emails) and vote your shares. Our board is excellent. We are back on mission and we are winning.
Don't outsource your vote. Read the proxy. Vote your shares.
$OPEN
Zacks just flipped on $OPEN - and this might be the most underrated signal of 2026.
🧵 1/8
Zacks just upgraded $OPEN from Sell to Hold. For a firm that has never been friendly to this stock, this is not a small move. Here is why this matters more than people think. Thread below.
One of my favorite poker ideas:
Once the money is on the table, it’s no longer yours.
In a sense, it’s already lost.
That mindset keeps you from playing scared. If you’re protecting every dollar in every hand, you get tight, timid, and weak. That’s a losing strategy.
Careers are similar.
Once you’re in, you’re in.
You’ve got much better odds if you play to win vs to not lose.
Moving is one of the most financially stressful things a family does. Military 🏡 families do it more than most.
We just expanded the Hero's Home Credit so eligible active-duty military and veterans can receive $4,000 when selling to Opendoor, plus $4,000 toward closing costs when buying ($8k when you do both). More here: https://t.co/4ExNmpdnKL
This is why you stay long. For months, it was almost impossible to get 2 green days back to back. Now I’m looking at the possibility of 9 green days in a row. This only happens when you come out of a highly compressed environment where people are irrationally afraid. Do not fear.
$IREN Tourists
These days it's getting painfully obvious who the 10% of investors are that succeed over the long term, versus the 90% that get chopped up by the market.
I cringed every time I saw larger accounts on X proudly declare having sold $IREN sub $40. Meanwhile, the exact same people were bull posting nonstop at all time highs.
We call them tourists.
They were never true investors, they were speculators, meaning they never truly understood what they owned. And selling $IREN at these levels is about as clear a demonstration of that as it gets.
Something tells me those decisions won't age well...
One of the most frequent complaints we get is that our offer is too low. Usually it’s because we’re seeing something in the data the seller isn’t.
Recently, someone complained on X that they only got 70% of their home’s value from Opendoor.
So we looked at the property.
New construction home, purchased for $568k. Owner listed it a week later at $565k - already below purchase price. Sat on market for months. Price dropped to $555k. Still didn’t sell. Listing eventually cancelled.
That’s a home that lost value the moment the keys were handed over. Our pricing model saw that risk before the seller did.
When the offer feels low, it’s not a lowball - it’s a signal. And more often than not, the market ends up agreeing with us.
Our job is not to buy every home at any price. Our job is to pay the right price for as many homes as possible.
Just sold my home w/ Opendoor $OPEN
A+ experience I’m extremely happy as a customer & shareholder.
I gave a few pieces of feedback on the app itself, otherwise the process from beginning to end was seamless, and I was always able to reach someone.
