2. Could he legally possess the firearm?
3. If someone attacks you do you just let it happen?

Again I will never argue it was smart or a good idea for him to be there, but 100% legal and that’s really all that matters

In fact I think the biggest “protest” that majority white people did in recent was Jan 6th and calling it a protest would be really stretching it.
