@KiaUK My partner has FINALLY had a reply offering a loan car but then the offer to be retracted less than 5 minutes later.
His reg is HT65 0KM.

We are going to be taking legal advice now, this is disgusting!

Terrible service from @KiaUK, we have had to use money set aside for our little boy to just keep us on the road.
Extremely worried that we won’t even get our car back in a reasonable time even though it’s a simple fuel injector fault under warranty
