@sharrond62 My mum fell down steps we knew from instant pain and unable to move she had hurt hip -fractured Phoned ambulance told she wasn’t priority and 2 hours for an ambulance, it came 4 1/2 later. The kindness of surrounding people off duty doctor, blankets from hotel helped situation

@PennineCareNHS 6.00 am still here but fully explained the mental health referral process, finally feeling listened to, and 2 cups of tea to keep us going. A completely different experience this time. Sad while waiting 3 others with mental health issues, this area needs more investment.

@PennineCareNHS As long as you are listened to when you reach out . The mental health service is drastically understaffed currently waiting A&E Oldham reached out at 11.15 via 111. told to ring for an ambulance then a doctor rang who then rang for an ambulance 4.40 am still waiting - not good

@NHSEngland Would people with mental health issue be included in this ? A lot are slipping through the gap not because of delays but because you are relying on to many telephone support groups to fill in proper diagnostics care.

So the only way to get someone back into the mental health support is to take them to A&E. Mental Health I’m currently feeling very let down by the NHS and treatment of mental health patients if anyone can help .. I have already a list of helpline numbers I need F2F support.

@PennineCareNHS Thank you I have details but obviously an issue with NHS patients being transferred to private mental hosp & after care not being provided by NHS. 10 weeks of NHS treatment paid to private mental hospital as no NHS beds & due to 0 Aftercare patient back to squareone. Scandalous

Yes but what support ? Someone with mental health problems .. 2 overdoses, 10 weeks in mental hospital PTSD and discharged with no F2F support or well being checks within 3 weeks another overdose, obviously serious mental health issues, only helpline no given 🩸on your 👋 NHS 🤬

@PennineCareNHS Thanks Dan for reply we have done PALS but unfortunately as Cygnet Bury Hospital who accept NHS patients but are not under Pennine Health Care PALS can’t deal with their neglect-not providing the setup of NHS mental F2F support or wellbeing checks resulting out mental care system

@NewcrossHealth @PrioryGroup @suhail1mirza It’s a shame that your Cyngate Bury Hospital has made a huge blunder in discharging someone with no valid care plan or discharge papers sent to doctors resulting in no NHS face to face support or well fair checks .. now 3 weeks later another OD and trip to A & E blood on your 👋
