Ordered a black bag from @nykaafashion, received a completely different colour, and now the pickup executive is refusing to take the return back.

Interesting business model:
Send wrong product → refuse pickup → customer suffers.

Really disappointed . I have registered complaint on phone , on email and all I get is we are on it . Please issue me refund I have been Nykaa loyalist c order history
